Time is another valuable asset and we do our best to get to minimize expenditures. What does it mean? We do not charge extras and get the job done on-budget.

• Keep weekly and monthly meetings with clients

Telephone and e-mail can not substitute the effect of a personal meeting. We want to know what clients think of our work and seek to improve services.  Your account manager will meet with you once per week and general manager once per month.

• Keep the comments’ database in the media (whether it is included or not in the contract)

Sending out a press-release and securing a number of publications – here our job is not done yet. We will help you to track publications and comments about your company. More than that, we prepare it for any current project.

• Our specialists are available for 24 hours

Your company partners work in another time zone, when there is a comment or information is urgently required. Or you have only a couple of hours to write an urgent press-release. You have a burning question, but the working day is over. This is why we developed 24-hour support and you may contact us when it is convenient for you.  This is an additional service to be charged in the contract.

• Reporting in your format
  

Every company has its reporting standards.  We will adjust format to qualify to your standards.

• Reasonable changes in the job tasks are accepted
  

Sometimes it is impossible to define everything.  We will accept reasonable changes in the job list under the same contract.  Each case should be treated individually.

• Courier document delivery
  

We will deliver your documents by a courier delivery service.
