What is PR and why does your Company need it?

PR (Public Relations) is a set of specific instruments targeted to build efficient and profitable business communications with clients, media, investors, employees and state officials.

PR is a must-have tool for your Company’s business to boost earnings.

How much do your PR services cost?

Compensation for our services depends on the following answers:

  • What kind of project are we to lead? Is it a partial or full involvement?

  • Does your Company have a corporate internal department? Shall we cooperate?

  • How fast do you require results? Is it a long-term or a short-term assignment?

  • Who will control the project on behalf of the Client? Marketing Director? Internal corporate executive? HR manager? Assistant to General Manager?

What are your guarantees?

We guarantee that our services will be delivered on time and with high quality. We are ready to state our responsibilities in the contract. For example, include a specific number of publications the Client would like to achieveIf we do not deliver the result — we return your money.

Do you provide with performance reports?

Yes, we do. After all press-events we prepare the final report with press clippings. As to the accounting financial documents, we always provide acts of acceptance. We also work on the simplified tax scheme.

Do you offer contracts for long-term cooperation? Does it affect the costs?

Yes, it is possible. If we sign the long-term contract, costs for specifically stated projects are lower (up to minus 15%) compared to the first entry clients. This type of contract can be fixed for not less than 6 months.

Do you work in regions?

Yes, we do. We provide PR services in Russia (including Kazakhstan) and Ukraine. We delivered press-events in St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Togliatti, Chelyabinsk, Almaty and Kiev.

Do you accept post-payment for your services?

We work on 100% pre-payment. However, we practice crediting our long-term and reliable clients.

Do you accept currency payments?

Yes, we do. We have both ruble and dollar accounts.

Do you accept working without a contract?

No, we don’t. We like papers be signed, and so does our accountant and bank. It is obligatory as we must support all financial transactions with the documents.

What are your staff qualifications?

We have a team of PR managers and assistants. Our account managers are experienced professionals who lead projects with assistants. Though some assistants are still in college, it does not make them less dedicated and diligent.

What are the companies you are working with?

Autodesk, Check Point, Procter&Gamble, Eyeline Communications Inc., DeltaCredit bank, Samsung Electronics, Rupay, Moskommertsbank and many others. International companies enjoy working with us, and so do we.  

Is it true that you are not working with your Client’s direct competitors? Why?

Yes, it is true. We value each Client and would like to make communication with us based on trust. No one wants to allow information spill, especially to industry competitors. We are doing our best to keep this promise.

How much does a publication in Kommersant copy cost?

We do not pay for the publications.

Do you provide support for political campaigns?

No.

Can you invite stars?

We can, but it is not our specialization. For this purpose there are a lot of event agencies on the market. 

Do you work with foreign companies?

Yes, we do. Our staff speaks European languages such as English, German, French. What does it mean in practice? We can provide with press-events abroad for Russian journalists and, vice versa, in Russia. We provide with media-monitoring, write a press-release or prepare an interview in different languages.
