PR Partner and Urban Awards named the most SMM active developers in Moscow

PR Partner and Urban Awards organizing committee have compiled a rating of developers SMM activity. The monitoring covered the third quarter of 2019, major developers of Moscow region have participated.

The rating is based on methodology developed by PR Partner’s SMM analysts. It includes 3 main criteria:

1. Presence in such social networks as Facebook, VKontakte, Instagram or Odnoklassniki. If company maintains a social network and has more than 500 subscribers, it receives one point.

2. The total number of subscribers on developer’s official pages in four social networks, divided by the average number of subscribers for all developers.

3. Engagement Rate. ER Total of one developer is divided by the average of ER Total for all developers. Likes, comments and reposts are summed up and divided by the number of subscribers. If the developer has less than 1,500 subscribers, the ER is divided into three.

Developers with maximum score on the “Composite index” (sum of three criteria) and at least 10 posts in one of the social networks (uploaded during the reporting period) was included to TOP-10. The essence of the rating is the analysis of the quality and quantity of company accounts.

“The method is based on three indicators that are equally accessible to any user without having in-house participant statistics. This allowed to create an objective rating that takes into account quantitative and qualitative SMM-metrics”, — Damir Feyzullov, PR Partner Digital & Social and Media Director, explained the research results.

The rating was presented on December 10th at the PR Partner Caseorium in Standup Store Moscow. The heads of SMM Practice and Finance and Real Estate Practice — Damir Feyzullov and Nadezhda Ulyanova performed at the event. Experts spoke about the brightest cases of PR companies in the construction industry, as well as about trends that will be relevant in 2020.
