Inna has worked in PR since 1999. Since 2006 she has been the owner and Managing Director of PR Partner agency. In 2008 Inna became the co-author of a book titled "PR of top flight: how to turn a top manager into a star" ("Mann, Ivanov and Ferber", 2008).
In 2006 Inna Alekseeva founded PR Partner agency and lays the philosophical foundations that remains as relevant today, as it did at its inception. We are not a simple press-release-writing machine, instead, we are a credible partner for our clients. Everything starts with a team of 4 people and 2 sectorial practices: "IT and Telecom" and "Finance and Real Estate". This is the philosophy that still exists today.
Our first clients were DeltaCredit bank, Autodesk and Check Point.
PR Partner starts operating in one more field — FMCG. Chupa Chups becomes the first client of the new practice.
In 2007 we gain our first experience in organizing and participating in a charity project, helping children from the orphan’s boarding school Teykovo, in the Ivanovo region. Since then we annually participate in a range of volunteer programs.
By 2008 the company has expanded to a workforce of 10 and our team moves to a new spacious office. We enter the international arena and implement our first foreign project in Istanbul.
We establish two traditions: A New Year’s Eve business-breakfast for clients and internships in foreign agencies. For example, the agency hosts the first morning December meeting with our clients, during which we present the results for the year and outline our new ambitious ideas. And one of our best employees goes to serve an apprenticeship in the Austrian PR agency.
This very year "PR of top flight" is published, co-authored by Inna Alekseeva and Tatiana Gulyaeva, which we present to our clients as a gift. The book reiterates our key principles, which includes the principle of "fair and square".
Our number of projects is growing and so does our team so we move again to a more spacious office. This year four PR Partner employees become members of IABC, the International Association of Business Communicators.
Wanting to improve contractual terms for our employees — during this year we begin to provide staff with medical insurance cover.
There are now 17 of us and we are not going to stop. We have grown again and we are moving to our new office on A. Solzhenitsyna Street.
Our principal achievement is the opinion of our clients. Nine out of ten new clients contact us through word of mouth. During the 4 years of the agencies operations the number of companies in our portfolio has grown to 67, most of them clients since 2006.
PR Partner enters social media, and we launch our microblog on Twitter, where we present our projects, clients, journeys as well as share recommendations.
It’s high time we transferred accountancy from outsource to inhouse, as our own book-keeper joins the agency. It significantly simplifies our cooperation with the clients and contractors.
Hooray! We have turned five! And our whole team celebrates our fifth anniversary in Vienna, Austria.
This year we have a lot of news to tell. We joined two professional associations: the international network IPRN and Russian AKOS (ICCO division). Social Media Marketing is a new area of focus for the agency. Our first clients are Investtorgbank and RuTown.
What’s more, we create our account on Facebook.
We extensively host media trainings and launch the first Russian industry conference "PR in the field of IT", which brings together more than 100 participants... and we’ve just started! Media trainings and conferences become regular events organized by PR Partner.
In addition, we initiate one more new tradition to give surprise gifts to our favorite clients on Saint Valentine’s Day.
PR Partner becomes the first and exclusive partner of the international PR network LEWIS+ and this partnership is not for show. We meet regularly with our colleagues to understand their needs and to exchange experiences. Now if our client is wishing to enter the American market, we know how to help.
This year is rich in awards. We won the prestigious Russian professional award "Serebryanyj Luchnik", took 15th place in the Russian rating of communication agencies (RIA Rating) and were included in top-250 PR-agencies of the world according to The Holmes Report. It is particularly noteworthy that we were recognized as one of the top-10 thriving European agencies.
During 2014 PR Partner continues growing and reaches new heights. Our flagship training program "Media training from A to Z" was organized several times and the training standards and delivery were brought to perfection. In addition, the conference "PR in the field of IT" was organized for the third time.
The projects developed by the agency are included in the short-lists of PR-contests, while the cases of Hansa and INNOPROM receive the RuPoR award. Inna Alekseeva, CEO of PR Partner, wins the award "Impeccable reputation" in the contest "Business women" by E&Y.
Our SMM practice develops at the highest rate this year, with its turnover increasing by 70%. We are listed among the top-20 best SMM and digital-agencies of Russia according TAGLINE and among the top-30 communication agencies according to the National rating. We adopt the experience of our foreign colleagues at the meeting of the IPRN in Washington and of LEWIS+ in London, as well as at the ICCO Summit in Milan.
Our projects were highly evaluated by the jury of several Russian professional competitions.
We are steadily growing. Two new focus areas appear in PR Partner: Event and visual communications. Our projects once again make the short lists of the professional competitions PROBA-IPRA and Eventiada, while Inna Anisimova become "PR-person 2016" of the RuPoR award.
In a further development, we organized a new conference "Creativity and emotions in PR". "Media training from A to Z" is organized for the first time in Saint-Petersburg, as well as the press event in a new format of Media Speed Dating (quick meetings with the journalists).
This year we registered our trademark, organized an international conference in Moscow for the IPRN members, with whom we have cooperated for many years, launched educational webinars and master-classes and started to organize theme-based parties for PR specialists and marketing experts. In May we successfully organized our traditional conference "PR in the field of IT".
We are broadening our horizons! Our franchise network was joined by two teams from Samara and Kazakhstan, with the franchisees receiving tuition in our central office in Moscow and started working on the delivery of PR Partner standards on the local markets.
In 2018 we worked on a cool new project ZASPORT during the Olympic Games, tried our hand at viral video for The Body Shop Russia, joined in the FIFA World Cup with our clients and organized fancy events. We learned a lot from our foreign colleagues at the annual meeting of IPRN in China, the LEWIS+ summit in Great Britain and the ICCO Summit in Ireland. We received the IPRN award in the category "Video Project of the Year" from the IPRN in Luxemburg and made it onto the short-lists of professional awards.
We launched a new useful format of events — caseorium and in December our entire team celebrated the birthday of the agency and of the New Year at the offsite corporate party in Istanbul.
