64% of clients are ready to recommend PR Partner

PR Partner evaluated customers loyalty, the NPS index (Net Promoter Score) in the first quarter of 2021 was 64%. Apple iPhone has 63%, though.

From January to March, 75% of PR Partner clients — 56 out of 76 companies — participated in the survey. “Many customers have been cooperating with us for more than four years, there are those who have delegated to our team marketing and PR tasks since 2006. We value their trust, so every year we calculate the loyalty index and improve the service”, — says Inna Anisimova, CEO of PR Partner.

NPS is a measure of loyalty to a brand. Clients answer one question: “On a scale of 1-10, how likely are you to recommend us?”. Those who answer 9 or 10 are promoters, 7-8 — neutral consumers, 0-6 — detractors who need to be asked an additional question: “What would make you rate us 10?”.
